ترموستات یا ترموسئیچ  برای بررسی دمای بیش از حد تعیین شده استفاده می شود در مواقعی که ممکن است مدار تعبیه شده با افزایش دما دچار نقصان عملکرد گردد بهتر است ازترموسوئچ ها بهره ببرید

این ترموستات ها نرمال بسته هستند یعنی در حلت عادی مسیر بسته  بود و در مواقع رسید به حد دمای تعیین شده باز خواهند شد
